Medieval: Defense & Conquest is a unique blend of wave tower defense, military strategy, idle games, and kingdom management warrior games. Created by a single designer, the game is set in a medieval world where players step into the shoes of a medieval knight serving as a mercenary for a king. After witnessing the player's triumphant battles and leadership skills, the king presents them with an extraordinary opportunity to set sail on a crusader ship to a new island and establish a town there.

PLAYERS HAVE FULL COMMAND OVER BOTH THE MILITARY AND THE ECONOMY OF THEIR COLONY

In Medieval: Defense & Conquest, players are tasked with managing both the military and economic aspects of their settlement. They will expand the Crusader colony, generate income through trade and agriculture, and reinvest those funds into fortifying the army and defenses. By constructing strong fortifications staffed with archers and ballistas, players can withstand relentless enemy attacks. Initially, players must build an army, upgrade their equipment to defend the colony, and successfully discover new units.

EXPAND THE NETWORK AND CONQUER NEIGHBORING COMMUNITIES TO INCREASE PASSIVE INCOME

As the economy flourishes, players will soon have the chance to outmaneuver their competitors and launch an offensive. Even while offline, they can begin annexing nearby communities, enabling economic growth and increased revenue. Players will eventually strengthen their defenses, expand their network of profitable outposts, increase income through valuable crop cultivation, and ultimately conquer and unify the entire island under their fair rule. This will be achieved through trading ships, skilled merchants, farmers, and wealth gained from defeating foes.

FORGE WEAPONS, TRAIN TROOPS, AND FORTIFY DEFENSES TO ENSURE SURVIVAL

A standout feature of Medieval: Defense & Conquest is the level of control players have over their characters. They can train troops at the blacksmith, transforming inexperienced peasants into seasoned warriors, and upgrade their equipment. Players can craft more powerful bows and arrows and position skilled archers and formidable ballistas on their walls to enhance the passive defense of their fortress. As their influence grows, they can train their soldiers, knights, archers, and cavalry to higher standards.

The map and characters in Medieval: Defense & Conquest boast beautiful pixel art graphics. The game offers challenges with over 70 types of enemy units, each with unique statistics and abilities, boss stages featuring massive foes, and more than 40 enemy outposts to conquer and grow the economy. Defensive structures range from simple wooden fences to massive stone castle walls, and positioning archers and ballistas on the walls can aid in passive defense.
