DMCA Policy

APKWay respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid takedown notices promptly.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner and believe that content on APKWay infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request. Your notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  3. Identification of the material on APKWay that you claim is infringing, including the URL
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address)
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

Submit your DMCA notice via our Contact page with the subject "DMCA / Takedown". We will review and act on valid notices within 5 business days.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court

Repeat Infringers

APKWay has a policy of removing content from repeat infringers. In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
